Homecoming Parade 2014
Fishcreek
PTA,
The
homecoming parade is Friday October 10, 2014! This year we are inviting Student
Council, Fishcreek PTA and Staff to walk in the parade to represent Fischreek
Elementary.
If
you and your child would like your child to walk with us, please fill out the
form below and turn it into the office by Friday October 3.
Fishcreek PTA & kiddos
should arrive by 4:15pm in front of the high school and walk to the back parking
lot. The parade lineup begins by 4:20pm. The parade will exit out of the back
parking lot at 4:30 onto Newcomer Road and head West on Graham Road into the
high school parking lot. Graham Road will be closed at this time. Please be
sure to tell me when you and your child are leaving. We are usually done
between 5:20 and 5:30.
The
theme this year is The Wizard of Oz. I decided to take the lollipop guild route
with the kiddos. Students are asked to wear striped knee socks and a Fishcreek
shirt. I am dressing up as Glinda the Good Witch and I will provide the
lollipops! Students can dress as other characters from the movie if they choose
to do so or simply wear a Fishcreek shirt!!
